Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, and communications provided by Real Internet Sales, Inc. (“Real Internet Sales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including realinternetsales.com, brokerlead.com, and listingsvip.com, and any digital marketing, website development, SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), content, hosting, or related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our websites, engaging our Services, or communicating with us by SMS, email, or telephone, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services

Real Internet Sales provides AI marketing, generative engine optimization, semantic SEO, content strategy, website development, local search, PPC advertising, and white-label marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or order form (“Order”) executed by you and Real Internet Sales. In the event of a conflict between an Order and these Terms, the Order controls for that engagement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect an active engagement.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, content, credentials, and approvals necessary for us to perform the Services. You represent and warrant that all materials you provide to us do not infringe any third party’s rights and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts, passwords, or API keys you share with us, and for the acts and omissions of your employees, contractors, and agents in connection with the Services.

Fees and Payment

Fees for the Services are set forth in the applicable Order. Unless otherwise stated in the Order, invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Amounts not paid when due accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. You are responsible for all taxes associated with the Services other than taxes based on our net income.

Recurring services (such as monthly SEO, GEO, or hosting) renew automatically on the cadence stated in the Order until either party terminates in accordance with these Terms. Setup fees and prepaid amounts are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

Intellectual Property

Real Internet Sales retains all right, title, and interest in and to its pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, software, templates, and know-how, including any improvements or derivatives thereof (“RIS IP”). Subject to full payment of fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the specific deliverables identified in the Order for their intended business purpose.

You retain ownership of the content, trademarks, and materials you provide to us and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to provide the Services. We may reference the fact of our engagement and display your name and logo in our client lists and portfolio unless you notify us in writing that you object.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Real Internet Sales offers SMS (text message) communications to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in. The following terms apply to all SMS messages sent by Real Internet Sales, and supplement the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to Real Internet Sales — through a form on our website, in writing, verbally, or by texting us directly — you expressly consent to receive text messages from Real Internet Sales at that number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message recipients must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

No Sharing of Mobile Information. Real Internet Sales will not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes may be shared only with the service providers and subcontractors that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging platform or telecommunications carriers), and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions with Real Internet Sales, including appointment and account notifications, service updates, customer support replies, and promotional offers where you have opted in.

Opting Out — Reply STOP. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. If you wish to resume messages, simply reply START or sign up again.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (c) transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications; (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive information that is confidential or proprietary to the other party in connection with the Services (“Confidential Information”). Each party will protect the other’s Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and in no event less than a reasonable degree of care. Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Microsoft, hosting providers, and telephony providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. Real Internet Sales is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service, and we do not warrant the results of any third-party algorithm, index, or ranking.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Internet Sales disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding search-engine rankings, AI-search visibility, lead volume, conversion rates, or business results. Search engines, AI assistants, and advertising platforms operate independently of Real Internet Sales, and we cannot guarantee any specific placement, citation, or outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Services, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Real Internet Sales’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Real Internet Sales for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Internet Sales and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any content or materials you provide to us; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Term and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breach is not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. Recurring Services may be terminated by either party for convenience on thirty (30) days’ written notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees accrued through the effective date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

Real Internet Sales may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes to these Terms will take effect on the date posted, and your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
