Set Up Your Email

If you prefer to set things up yourself, follow the instructions for your specific device or email app below. You’ll need your full email address and password handy.

Open Outlook

Go to File → Add Account (or if it’s a fresh install, Outlook will prompt you automatically).

Enter Your Email Address

Type your full business email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com) and click Connect.

Choose Account Type

If prompted, select IMAP (recommended — keeps your email synced across all your devices).

Enter Server Settings

Use these settings if Outlook asks for manual configuration:

Done!

Click Finish. Outlook will sync your mailbox. Give it a minute or two to pull in your messages.

Tip: If Outlook auto-detects your settings, just enter your password when prompted and you’re all set — no manual config needed.

Open Settings

On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.

Select “Other”

Tap Other at the bottom of the list, then tap Add Mail Account.

Enter Your Information

Fill in your name, full email address, password, and a description (e.g., “Work Email”). Tap Next.

Choose IMAP

Make sure the IMAP tab is selected at the top of the screen.

Enter Server Settings

Save & Go

Tap Save. Your email will start syncing to the Mail app within a few minutes.

Tip: iOS will automatically use SSL encryption with the correct ports. No need to enter port numbers manually.

Open Gmail App

Tap your profile icon (top right) → Add another accountOther.

Enter Your Email

Type your full business email address and tap Next.

Select IMAP

When asked what type of account, choose Personal (IMAP).

Enter Password & Server Settings

Enter your password, then use these settings:

Finish

Tap Next through the remaining prompts. Your email will appear in the Gmail app alongside any personal accounts.

Tip: Samsung phones may have a separate “Samsung Email” app — the steps are nearly identical. Choose IMAP and use the same server settings above.

Open Mail

Go to Mail → Add Account from the menu bar (or System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account).

Select “Other Mail Account”

Choose Other Mail Account and click Continue.

Enter Your Details

Fill in your name, full email address, and password. Click Sign In.

Enter Server Settings (if prompted)

If Mail can’t find settings automatically, enter:

You’re All Set

Click Sign In and your mail will start appearing. Mac Mail handles SSL and ports automatically.

Open Thunderbird

Click the hamburger menu (☰) → New → Existing Mail Account, or use the Account Setup wizard if it’s a fresh install.

Enter Your Info

Type your name, full email address, and password. Click Configure Manually.

Re-Test & Finish

Click Re-test to verify, then Done. Thunderbird will connect and begin syncing.
